1. Our Services

Satya Advertisers offers premium corporate gifting solutions, including Diwali and festive gift hampers, personalised gifts, custom branding/logo printing, awards & mementos, and eco-friendly gifting, for corporate and bulk orders across India.

Product availability, pricing, customization options and minimum order quantities depend on the specific product or package selected.

2. Orders & Customization

Orders are confirmed only after requirement details, quantities and applicable advance payment (where applicable) are received.

For custom-branded or personalised products, a design/logo mockup will be shared for approval before production. Production begins only after written (email/WhatsApp) approval of the mockup.

Colours, packaging and finish may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to photography, lighting or manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted based on volume, customization and delivery location, and are confirmed at the time of order via invoice or written quotation.

Full or partial advance payment may be required before production/dispatch for bulk and corporate orders. GST invoices are provided for all corporate orders.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
• Provide artwork, logos or branding files in the required format and on time.
• Review and approve product/branding mockups promptly to avoid delivery delays.
• Use our website and communication channels (including WhatsApp) lawfully and not send spam or fraudulent requests.

5. Delivery

We offer Pan India delivery through our courier and logistics partners. Delivery timelines shared at the time of order are estimates and may vary due to product customization, location, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any damage, shortage or mismatch as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Some of our services depend on third-party platforms, including WhatsApp/Meta (for order communication), payment gateways, courier partners and hosting providers. Changes, restrictions, outages or policy decisions by these platforms may affect service availability, and Satya Advertisers is not responsible for issues arising solely from such third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, branding, images and materials on this website are the property of Satya Advertisers and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or systems. Third-party outages, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may decline, suspend or cancel an order if a customer provides fraudulent information, requests unlawful use of our services, or fails to complete required payments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Satya Advertisers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from courier/logistics delays, third-party platform failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Satya Advertisers operates.
