Satya Advertisers aims to provide clear order and pricing information before accepting payment. This policy applies to all products and services purchased from Satya Advertisers.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production/customization has started and before dispatch preparation has begun.
Once an order has moved into production (branding, printing, packing) or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled for a refund.
2. Customized & Personalised Products
Corporate gifts, hampers and products involving custom branding, logo printing or personalisation are made specifically for your order. Once you approve the design/logo mockup and production begins, these items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, except in case of a manufacturing defect or delivery damage (see Section 4).
3. Bulk & Corporate Orders
For bulk/corporate orders, the advance payment made at the time of order confirmation is non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellation requests after production has started will not be entitled to a refund of the advance already paid.
4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the product and packaging. Verified cases will be resolved through a replacement, or a refund where a replacement is not possible.
5. Change of Mind
A refund is generally not available simply because a customer changes their mind after placing a customized order and after production has started.
6. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, contact us with the transaction details. After verification, the eligible duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- It will normally be processed to the original payment method.
- Bank/payment gateway processing may take 5–10 business days.
- Applicable third-party/payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.

- Registered Mobile Number
- Order/Invoice Number
- Payment/Transaction ID
- Reason for cancellation/refund, with photos/video if applicable (for damaged/defective items)
Each request is reviewed individually according to the nature of the order and applicable law.
